Perfect first time experience
My wife had done international trips before, but at 65, this was my very first trip overseas! I put on a brave face, but truthfully, I was nervous—about the long flight, the language barrier, and even using Euros. But Nicole and her team made it easy. From what to pack and expect at the airport, to arrival tips and emergency contacts—every detail was covered. The app kept us prepared, and the hotels, tour guides, and itinerary were excellent. First Booking with a Travel Agent
My wife and I were wanting to plan a trip for our 10 year wedding anniversary and were not sure exactly where we wanted to travel to. I looked up travel agents in the area and decided to give Nicole Myers a call to see what the cost of a travel agent was and how it would benefit our trip. Immediately Nicole was so engaged and willing to work with us to select the best place to travel and celebrate our anniversary. We were given 4 options that we looked into and landed on Secrets Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic. This was our first time traveling out of the country and Nicole was so helpful along the way, answering all our questions and ensuring we had what we needed for our trip.

Our hotel was a perfect placement in the middle of all the attractions that we wanted to see in Paris. There were so many restaurants within walking distance. But, the reason I highly recommend Nicole is because when our flight was canceled and we had almost no service in Western Africa, she texted to say she was on it and came through with an alternative flight.
